Business E-Commerce versus Mortar and Brick Stores

Hello fellow classmates:

After reading the online article assigned by our professors'; I do agree that there are advantages to not having to keep a storefront, employees, inventory, and knowing what the customers want to purchase.  I have ordered a few items online with some good and bad experiences with different vendors.  I personally like to see and feel what I am going to purchase, but on the other hand this isn't always possible.  I do think that there needs to be more laws internationally to protect consumers from fraudulent people or websites.  For instance, take the awful situation in Haiti; where the social-media and other bogus websites are trying to act like aid agencies and ripping off people with good intentions!
